Michael is an experienced senior manager, recognised in the rail and public sector as a committed and driven professional. During a long and successful career with Transport for London, he was responsible for the creation of a new organisational and operational change model for the New Tube for London Programme.
With the potential for multi-billion pound savings he wrote, developed and championed a new Operations and Maintenance Concept which has since been adopted as the future vision and operational strategy for the Underground’s deep tube upgrade programme.
He was previously responsible for managing the specification, development and delivery of the customer facing aspects of the Victoria Line Upgrade new fleet of rolling stock (the 2009TS) and Waterloo & City Enhancement Project.
In addition to his rail industry experience, Michael has a wealth of knowledge in designing and implementing new organisational models and delivering business efficiency elsewhere within the public and charity sectors.
He is now the Director of RenlimM Ltd, offering his significant practical and detailed knowledge to those wishing to understand their future organisational and delivery opportunities.
